The goal of our Group Fitness Program is to provide fun, challenging workouts taught by certified professionals in a safe and effective environment. Our classes are geared for all levels of participants. The following descriptions will help you select the classes that are right for you. Remember, our instructors are here to help you. If you have any questions or need assistance with any exercise, please don't hesitate to ask your instructor.

Body Blast
This class is sure to blast your body to the next level! We start out with major muscle groups and work our way to the secondary muscles making sure that every muscle is challenged in a safe and effective way. Each instructor will add their own flare to the class and make each class unique. Week by week you can track your own progress as you get stronger and continue to keep your body challenged.

Boot Camp
This one is sure to keep you challenged! This workout is tough but can be for any age or fitness level. You work at your own pace and will be blown away at the progress that you will make week after week. With this workout you never have to worry about keeping up with any fancy steps or choreography, just focus on the exercises at hand. This unique class draws its roots from military style strength training and cardiovascular techniques. The strategy combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises and balance. Get your butt in gear, just show up and we'll take care of getting you in the best shape of your life!

Cycle
As a training method, indoor cycling is an excellent way to get a high intensity workout with minimal equipment in a short duration without concern for the weather conditions outside. Want to reproduce the feeling of biking without going outdoors or need a little extra motivation from an instructor or just enjoy the social aspect of a group class, then indoor cycling is for you. This is not just for the avid cyclist; our highly trained instructors will guide any new comer through a safe and enjoyable first class. No special equipment is required.

Hi/Lo Floor cardio
Inspired by old-school floor aerobics (but with a modern spin) this class is sure to be the aerobic challenge that you were looking for. These moves can easily be high impact for a real push OR low impact for those that are just starting out. Let's crank up the music, get our hearts pumpin’, and have some fun!

Power Hour
This unique class has always been a hit! We start out with 20 to 30 minutes of just core strengthening that will give you the best abdominal workout of your life, then we'll move on to strengthening exercises for upper and lower body that will leave nothing untouched.

Step and Floor Cardio
Get the best of both worlds! You'll burn calories, challenge your cardiovascular system as well as shape and tone with a little step aerobics. Mixed in with our step combinations is Hi/Lo Floor cardio, perfect for any fitness level and will keep everyone challenged. If that's not enough we'll finish off with some core strengthening! The class concludes with basic stretches and cool down.
