Group Fitness

The goal of our Group Fitness Program is to provide fun, challenging workouts taught by certified professionals in a safe and effective environment. Our classes are geared for all levels of participants. The following descriptions will help you select the classes that are right for you. Remember, our instructors are here to help you. If you have any questions or need assistance with any exercise, please don't hesitate to ask your instructor.

Boot Camp

 

YES DRILL SERGEANT! This high-paced circuit class is sure to kick start you to the next fitness level. Our instructors are going to push you beyond your fitness level with cardiovascular and strength exercise.

Cycle

Speed racer! Hop on the bike and ride. Our instructor will take you through peaks and valleys to work the heart and lungs, as well as those legs.

Cardio/Core

30 to 40 minutes of heart pounding cardio and ending with intense core and a nice long stretch.

HABIT

Hips, Abs, Buns, and Incredible Thighs! This fun strength class is targeted at everything below the belt.

Pilates

Core is the central focus! Bands, balls, and mats will help create the ultimate balance throughout the body by focusing on the core and spreading throughout the extremities. This is a great low intensity workout for all age groups.

Sculpt

Total strength for the entire body. Looking for a great weight class then this is the ticket! Pick your weights and work your muscles to a stronger and healthier you.

Zumba

Fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic calorie burning fitness class that strengthens and sculpts the body.

Yoga

This flexibility and meditation class is a great way to ease the mind and soul. Join one of our instructors to release stress, loosen the muscles, and free the mind.

Interval

This challenging workout combines high intensity cardio with free weights and body weight exercises. Sure to burn fat, build muscle, and rev up your metabolism.

Circuit

This class is held in the women’s only area. It is a circuit style class using hydraulic equipment while keeping heart rate up for total body cardio and strength workout.
